Practice Physical Therapy With More Time and More Clinical Freedom
Great Physical Therapy requires more than moving patients through a busy schedule.
It requires time to evaluate, think, educate, progress treatment, and understand what is actually limiting a patient's movement and performance.
At Recalibrate Performance & Rehab, you will have:
- One-on-one patient care
- 40-minute treatment sessions
- Autonomy in your clinical decision-making
- Individualized plans of care
- Time to educate patients and build strong relationships
- Outcome-focused treatment progression
- The flexibility to adjust care based on patient response
- A collaborative team that values clinical judgment
Your role is not to follow a rigid treatment formula.
You will evaluate the person in front of you, determine what is driving their limitations, and build a plan designed to help them make meaningful progress.
What You Will Do as a Physical Therapist
You will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient and performance-focused environment while helping them restore movement, improve function, and return confidently to the activities they value.
You will:
- Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
- Identify movement, mobility, strength, stability, and functional limitations
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed plans of care
- Provide skilled one-on-one Physical Therapy treatment
- Progress therapeutic exercise, movement, mobility, and functional training
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and measurable progress
- Help patients safely return to work, recreation, exercise, sports, and everyday activity
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, movement, and long-term health
- Build strong therapeutic relationships that improve engagement and plan-of-care completion
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with physicians, coaches, referral partners, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and collaborative clinic culture
- Participate in community outreach and practice growth initiatives
- Help develop new clinical programs and services as the practice grows
A Schedule That Works for Your Life
Your career should support your life outside the clinic too.
This position includes a fully customizable schedule, giving you more control over how your workweek is structured.
That flexibility allows you to build a schedule that supports both excellent patient care and a sustainable long-term career.
Combined with 40-minute treatment sessions and one-on-one care, you will have the ability to be fully present with your patients without sacrificing the flexibility that matters to you.
For New Graduate Physical Therapists
Your first Physical Therapy position can shape the clinician you become.

New graduates will receive:
- Structured mentorship and clinical development
- Support with evaluations and plan-of-care development
- Ongoing feedback from experienced clinicians
- Opportunities to strengthen clinical reasoning
- Guidance with treatment progression and patient communication
- Exposure to outpatient and performance-based Physical Therapy
- Continuing education support
- Opportunities to gradually take on greater responsibility as your confidence grows
You will have room to learn while still being trusted to develop your own clinical judgment.
For Experienced Physical Therapists
If you already have a strong clinical foundation, this role gives you the opportunity to practice with greater independence and contribute beyond your individual caseload.
Experienced Physical Therapists can pursue opportunities in:
- Clinical leadership
- Mentoring newer clinicians
- Program development
- Community outreach
- Referral relationship development
- Clinic operations
- Team development
- Future organizational growth
Your experience will be valued, and you will have opportunities to help shape how the clinic grows.
Build More Than a Caseload
Recalibrate Performance & Rehab is growing, and this position is designed for a Physical Therapist who wants to grow with it.
You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, strengthen programs, build community relationships, and take on additional responsibility as the organization expands.
You will receive:
- More control over your schedule
- More time with each patient
- More autonomy in how you practice Physical Therapy
- More support for your clinical development
- More opportunity to grow into leadership
- More involvement in the future of the practice
- More visibility into the impact of your work
This is an opportunity to become an important part of a growing Physical Therapy practice rather than simply filling another treatment slot.
