Skyhawks Sports Academy is a leading national youth sports camp organization dedicated to fostering essential life skills in children ages 2-14 through sports, prioritizing safety, skill enhancement, and most importantly, FUN! With over two decades of experience, we have been enriching communities across Minnesota since 1999, collaborating with more than 40 metro area neighborhoods.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging drills and games based on the Skyhawks Sports curriculum.
- Create a fun, energetic environment to motivate participants.
- Support fellow participants to ensure high-quality sessions.
- Teach fundamental sports skills and promote life skills such as teamwork and leadership.
- Transport and manage equipment, pre set-up and post clean-up.
- Commit to leading assigned classes consistently over four-week periods.
Hours of Operation & Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
- After School Programming 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM**
- Early Evening Programming 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM**
Fridays
- Some Fridays, following Non-School Days/Holidays
- 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturdays

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting up to 30 miles to various camp locations and carrying equipment.
- Must pass a background check.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for sports.
- Preferred: Previous coaching or childcare experience.
- First Aid and CPR certified — can be obtain after hire, and will be reimbursed after proof of completion.

Experience:
- Coaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Involvement with children ages 2-14 years old.
Work Locations: Maplewood, North St. Paul, Stillwater, St. Paul, Lake Elmo, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Vadnais Heights, and White Bear Lake.
**You will be scheduled within a maximum 30-mile drive from your home. Most programs are held at elementary, middle, high schools, and some parks. **
