We're looking for established TS Contractors and low-voltage contractors with existing crews who can take on consistent residential installation volume.
Typical production:
- 150 ft = $675
- 200 ft = $900
- 250 ft = $1,125+
Ideal contractor:
- Active Minnesota Technology Systems Contractor credentials
- Existing 1–3 person installation crew
- Low-voltage / technology-system installation experience
- Own vehicles, ladders and tools
- Commercial general liability insurance
- Comfortable working on residential roofs, ladders and exterior elevations
- Available for consistent work September through December

You provide:
- Crew
- Tools and equipment
- Transportation
- Installation labor
- Job completion and documentation
Permanent lighting experience is not required. We'll train qualified contractors on our system and installation standards.
Pay: $675.00 - $1,125.00 per day
