The Shift Leads oversee the day-to-day operations of Park attractions and Guest services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Model and educate Team Members on Boomers’ Core Values.
- Ensure adequate daily staffing levels and adherence to daily operational schedule.
- Manage shift schedule ensuring breaks and meal periods are provided in a timely manner in accordance with State
labor laws.
- Operate various attractions following standard operating procedures and maintaining safe practices at all times.
- Train and develop Team Members ensuring safety is a priority and attention to Guests is key.
- Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- At least one year in front-line hospitality position.
- Previous leadership experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- CPR/First Aid Certified or certified after hire.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, push, roll and reach over shoulder.
- Must be able to work in an environment with high levels of noise.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
