- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers safely.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress.
- Follow care plans and procedures established by healthcare professionals.
- Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
