Responsibilities
- Assist the school principal in developing and implementing curriculum plans that promote innovative teaching methods aligned with educational standards.
- Lead efforts in strategic planning to enhance school programs, student achievement, and community engagement.
- Manage school budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support instructional priorities and operational needs.
- Supervise and evaluate faculty performance, providing professional development facilitation tailored to educators’ growth areas.
- Oversee school administrative functions including compliance with legal regulations, educational policies, and safety protocols.
- Support personnel management by supervising staff, facilitating team collaboration, and fostering a positive school culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on fundraising initiatives and community outreach efforts to strengthen school resources and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in school administrative roles, preferably as a School Administrative Director or similar leadership position within K-12 education settings.
- Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance including special education law.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets as an education administrator and overseeing faculty evaluation processes.
- Extensive experience working with students across early childhood to elementary levels, with a solid understanding of childhood development principles.
- Excellent management skills with a focus on team leadership, personnel supervision, and facilitating professional development for staff.
- Knowledge of school legal requirements, educational regulations, and best practices in early childhood education environments.
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements, staff meetings, and community interactions.
