Desired Qualifications:
- Holds an active and current Minnesota SLP license (required)
- Previous experience in a K-12, school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with students and faculty
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create tailored treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions across a range of grade levels
- Develop, update, and present progress reports for families and school staff
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and support the IEP process
- Consult with teachers and caregivers to foster supportive learning environments
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
