Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to join our office team. This role is the hub of our daily operations — answering phones, dispatching trucks and mobile technicians, handling basic billing, and keeping parts and paperwork moving.
If you like being in the middle of the action in the towing and mobile repair world (instead of a quiet corporate office), this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage a steady volume of phone calls from customers needing roadside assistance, towing, or mobile repair service
- Dispatch tow trucks and mobile technicians using our computerized dispatch system
- Handle basic billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Track parts, help with ordering, and keep service/repair records organized
- Communicate clearly with drivers and techs in the field
- Keep the office side of things running so the guys outside can stay focused on the work
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone skills and the ability to multi-task without getting flustered
- Comfortable with computers and basic office software (dispatch experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person)
- Some familiarity with automotive/truck terminology is helpful
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow through
- A professional attitude with a bit of thicker skin — you’ll deal with stressed customers, busy periods, and the occasional difficult call that comes with the towing and emergency service business
Work Environment
This is a real working shop office, not a polished corporate setting. You’ll be right next to the action of a towing and mobile repair operation. If you’re looking for a quiet, perfect office environment, this probably isn’t the right spot. If you can stay calm, professional, and keep things moving when it gets busy or a customer is frustrated, you’ll do well here.
Schedule & Details
Full-time position. We’re a 24/7 operation, so some flexibility is helpful, but the core of this role is daytime office coverage.
