Tacosito is a fast-casual Mexican restaurant focused on fresh food, fast service, and a welcoming guest experience. We are looking for reliable team members who enjoy working in a team environment and providing great customer service.
FOH Team Members are responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience, taking orders accurately, preparing beverages, maintaining a clean dining area, and supporting overall restaurant operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take in-store, phone, and online orders accurately.
- Operate the Toast POS system and process payments.
- Prepare drinks, tacos, bowls, burritos, and front-line items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, beverage stations, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Customer service or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
- Positive attitude and reliable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
