POSITION: Educational Aide – Online Learning Facilitator
Full-time Position
REPORTS TO: Assistant Director of Operations, High School
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- Hold or able to obtain Educational Aide Permit with ESEA Endorsement
- Successful BCI/FBI screening
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should possess, at minimum, the following:
- Interest in working with high school students in an educational setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students while maintaining high expectations
- Ability to monitor student progress and attendance in online coursework
- Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency with online learning platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ability to equitably monitor student behavior, assist students in changing behavior, and consistently enforce Pioneer’s School Discipline Plan with all students
WORK YEAR: 2026-2027 school year (185 days)
SALARY: Commensurate with experience and in accordance with Pioneer’s Master Agreement
BENEFITS: In accordance with Pioneer’s Master Agreement
