Job Title: Office Manager (CPA Firm)
Job Summary
The Office Manager ensures efficient daily operations of the CPA firm. This role handles internal financial processes, payroll, human resources administration, office systems, and team coordination. The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping skills, experience managing personnel, and the ability to assist with firm promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Manage all accounts payable and receivable.
- Process vendor invoices and client billing.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card account reconciliations.
- Handle daily firm banking transactions.
- Follow up on delinquent client accounts.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all staff.
- Maintain confidential employee personnel records.
- Monitor and administer employee benefit plans.
- Track paid time off (PTO) requests.
- Assist with onboarding new firm employees.
- Manage and mentor the firm's receptionist and interns.
Operations, Support & Marketing
- Support firm partners with administrative tasks.
- Oversee and maintain office technology systems.
- Act as primary liaison with building management.
- Oversee office supply inventory.
- Perform light marketing duties to support firm visibility and client outreach.

Education and Experience
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative/office manager support.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Work Schedule & Environment
- Position Type: Full-time.
- Location: 100% In-office.
- Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Seasonal Note: Increased hours may be required during peak tax season (January–April).
