We currently have 3-4 openings for drivers to move containers in and out of the rails in Atlanta! (CSX & NS Austell) Home every night! and Home Weekends!
Average pay is between $225-$325 each day!
Join our dynamic team as a CDL A Driver specializing in Intermodal transportation, delivering consistent home daily routes that keep goods moving efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a range of commercial semi trucks.
- Execute route driving with precision to meet delivery schedules while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractors and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries while providing updates on route status or issues encountered.
Experience
- Proven 5 years+ of experience as a commercial driver with a valid CDL A license; experience with 10 speed transmissions is currently required.
- TWIC card and port driver experience involving freight handling, route driving, and load & unload procedures strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to trucking operations and cargo securement standards.
