Saline Care Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Assist residents in improving daily living skills, mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.

Implement individualized treatment plans designed to meet resident goals.

Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.

Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Current Illinois Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.

Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
