The Field & Warehouse Technician supports both field operations and warehouse activities. This role involves hands-on work in handling, transporting, and processing materials, equipment, or customer items. It requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
You’ll spend part of your time in the field — assisting with deliveries, installations, or service calls — and part of your time in the warehouse, helping maintain organization, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations
- Assist with pick-ups, deliveries, and on-site services as assigned.
- Safely load, transport, and unload items to prevent damage.
- Use digital tools or paperwork to track inventory and service documentation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Follow all safety procedures and represent the company with professionalism on-site.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing materials or products.
- Maintain clean and orderly storage areas.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and inventory tracking.
- Prepare materials and tools for field teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support general warehouse tasks including packing, labeling, or processing items.
General Responsibilities
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Accurately complete daily logs or task checklists.
- Report issues, damages, or process improvements to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or field service preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving company vehicles).
- Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, or digital tracking systems.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
