Position Summary
We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Parking Garage Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining facility cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Issue and process parking tickets
- Collect and process payments accurately
- Conduct vehicle inspections upon entry this is required
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Monitor garage activity and report any incidents or safety concerns
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members
- Flexible to work in other facilities
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- MUST have parking garge/ valet experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous parking garage, valet, hospitality, security, or customer service experience is a plus.

Schedule
- Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Compensation
Starting at $16.50 per hour and up, based on experience.
