LA Tom’s Vending is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and general office support duties.
Requirements
Proficiency (at least 3-5 years) in QuickBooks
Experience with:
Accounts payable & accounts receivable
Online banking and ACH deposits/payments
Running reports in QuickBooks
Invoice systems and processing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to accurately read and interpret invoices, credits, and RMAs
References required
Responsibilities
Process invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Accurately record ACH and deposit information in QuickBooks
Interpret and process invoices, credits, RMAs, and equipment documentation
Run monthly and quarterly reports as requested
Answer phones and assist with general office communication
File and maintain office records
Send payroll information when needed
Provide additional administrative support as assigned
