ATTRACTIONS GAMES CARD COUNTER AND GAME FLOOR ASSOCIATE
(Arcade, Bowling Facilities, Dining, Billiards, Esports)
We are seeking a Game Floor Associate to support guests by assisting with purchasing, loading and recharging game cards while delivering efficient and friendly service. You will clearly explain card usage, promotions and pricing to ensure a smooth gaming experience. Core responsibilities include accurately handling cash and credit transactions, maintaining an organized cash drawer, troubleshooting minor card issues, assisting with prize redemption inquiries, restocking prize counters and keeping the area clean and orderly. Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly are essential to this role.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
