Dordick Law Corporation is seeking a personal injury intake specialist to facilitate our referral and intake process.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have a some experience with personal injury litigation, and be tech-savvy.
Key responsibilities:

Collect information on potential case referrals.

Assist with the case approval and assignment process to eliminate bottlenecks.

Work directly with clients and referral attorneys to gather necessary sign-up documents.

Work with lead attorneys to get approvals on cases that come as organic or direct referrals.
Requirements:

Must have some plaintiff PI litigation experience

Must work in-office; this is not a remote role

Must be proactive and work independently

Must be detail-oriented and capable of independent judgement

Must have a pleasant phone manner and top-notch customer service skills

Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not a requirement
