Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor climate control, energy efficiency, and system reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced HVAC technology, including refrigeration and ammonia refrigeration systems, while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Duties
- Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
- Participate in on-call rotation as required.
- Promote maintenance agreements and company services when appropriate.
Qualifications
- 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment repair is essential.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating various service vehicles is advantageous.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
