Office Administrator/Customer Service

Job Details

Pro-Klean Cleaning and Restoration Services, Inc. is Seeking an organized individual with strong customer service skills. Previous experience in an high paced office environment is helpful. Must be comfortable with Microsoft word, excel and the willingness to learn industry specific software.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma, 1-2 Years Office/Customer service
Ability to handle a high volume of calls / work while paying attention to detail.
Be comfortable in a demanding roll
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Seasonal overtime required (Evenings and Weekends when needed)
ON-Call (Rotating) REQUIRED
Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with ALL other staff.
Pleasant and attentive phone skills

Experience in the following preferred / helpful:

-Mitigation/reconstruction

-Insurance knowledge

-Handling service calls or working for service company

-Knowledge of home improvement and or reconstruction

Completely smoke-free/drug-free work place

Background checks will be required
