Wenatchee Valley Dental Village is a busy pediatric dental office with over 6,000 active patients. We are looking for an experienced dental billing specialist to manage our insurance claims, A/R, and collections. Our primary payer is Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) and we use Open Dental software.
Responsibilities
- Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
- Post EOBs and manage claim denials
- Manage accounts receivable and aging reports
- Review CDT codes for accuracy
- Communicate with patients about balances and coverage
Requirements
- 2+ years dental billing experience required
- Open Dental experience strongly preferred
- Washington Apple Health / Medicaid billing preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly encouraged
