Estimated Pay Rate: $21.50/hr
Job Summary:
The Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights, budgeting, and forecasting to support clinical operations and mission-driven care.
Job Duties:

Run reports
-
Balance census
-
Answer questions from accounting and communicate with facilities

Work with Managers and Supervisors each month to identify any current issues or upcoming issues

Mid-month projections/pre close

Facility Monthly Reporting
-
Denials
-
VOB
-
Upfront collections
-
Back up for coding assignment to coders
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance Preferred

Experience: Excel required, Knowledge of Healthcare Industry
