The National Asian Pacific Center on Aging (NAPCA) is seeking candidates 55 years of age and older for the position of Legal Administrative Professional with the U.S. EPA Senior Environmental Employment Program (SEE), with the EPA Office of General Counsel (OGC).
General Summary: Provides administrative, custodial, and office management support to offices and employees in (OGC).
Program Qualifications (must meet all 3):
- Minimum of 55 years of age (in accordance with Public Law 98-313 and the Older American Workers Act)
- US citizen
- Be eligible to work in the US
Job Qualifications:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative, custodial, and office management support to offices and employees in OGC
- Assisting OGC employees in administrative tasks related to litigation (such as preparing and monitoring litigation holds)
- Creating, processing, and coordinating Human Resources (HR) – related actions
- Managing records, including preparing records for destruction or digitization
- Providing status updates on administrative, custodial, and office management matters
- Developing office-wide SOPs to support administrative, records management, and other office-wide functions
- Working on special administrative projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
