As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll drive the success of the store by leading your team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and helping grow the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire your team with positive energy and clear communication
- Ensure top-notch guest experiences and a clean, welcoming environment
- Train, develop, and coach your crew to be their best
- Execute Dunkin’ brand standards and implement new product launches
- Manage inventory, schedules, and vendor orders
- Control costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor laws
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and retain high-performing team members
- Conduct performance reviews and give feedback
- Motivate your team to achieve store goals
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and guest-focused culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ year of quick service or fast food management experience
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift during shifts
Education: College degree preferred but not required
