Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads and potential patients
- Explain surgical procedures and pricing packages
- Schedule consultations and manage patient communication
- Close sales and meet monthly goals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with coordinators and doctors
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience required (plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical, or luxury sales preferred)
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience is a plus
