Schedule (Example Only):
- Start: 5:00–8:00 p.m.
- End: 1:00–4:00 a.m.
- (Schedule may change based on your area and team needs.)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support cleaning team members
- Make sure all buildings are cleaned the right way
- Check work and give feedback
- Help train new team members
- Step in and clean when needed
- Keep teams on schedule
What Success Looks Like:
- At least 3 positive reviews each quarter
- No more than 2 customer complaints
- Jobs are done on time or faster
- Team members show up and do quality work

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
