Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently.
- Manage order picking and packing processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems like AS400 to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct stock stocking activities, ensuring inventory levels are maintained accurately within the warehouse management system.
- Prepare shipments by packaging products according to shipping & receiving standards, ensuring trade compliance and international trade regulations are met.
- Assist with order fulfillment for e-commerce platforms by selecting items with order pickers and verifying quantities with basic math skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing load & unload tasks and adhering to safety protocols.
- Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, managing documentation, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, including order picking, packing, and stock management.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems).
- Knowledge of shipping & logistics procedures, including international trade regulations and trade compliance standards.
- Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and RF scanners effectively.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, order calculations, and data entry accuracy.

Pay: $24.35 - $29.33 per hour
Work Location: In person
