Server / Tasting Room Associate
The Pour Haus – Helen, GA
The Pour Haus is a boutique wine and beer tasting room in Helen, Georgia, specializing in Georgia wines, German wines, Central European selections, craft beer, and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a friendly, dependable team member who enjoys working with people and creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional manner
- Serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Conduct wine tastings and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Operate the Square point-of-sale system and process transactions
- Restock inventory and maintain a clean, organized tasting room
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help create a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Availability Thursday through Monday, including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous restaurant, bar, winery, brewery, or retail experience is preferred but not required
- Wine and beer knowledge is a plus; we’re happy to train the right candidate
- Ability to work as a team or solo

Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- Thursday 1-7, Friday 1-8, Saturday 11-8, Sunday 12:30-7 and possibly Monday 1-7. Hours are subject to change.
- Weekends required
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
