We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Xenia, OH. As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive and respectful environment. Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
- Patient Care: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring that patients receive appropriate treatment and services.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective and efficient operation of the unit.
- Quality and Safety: Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
