Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania LPN license or eligible multistate license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of six (6) months of LPN experience.
