Property Management Company seeking a licensed real estate agent to list, show, screen and lease properties.
Atleast 5 years of experience in sales is required
Comission is between $250 and $500 for each listing. The hourly rate is based on average time to calculated by dividing the $500 commission by the average time to rent a property ( 10 hours). No payment is made until property is leased.
we expect average of two to three listings per month.
Pay: $50.00 per hour
