Social Media & Content Coordinator

Our prestigious boutique facial plastic surgery practice on Park Avenue is seeking a highly creative, energetic, and motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and wants to help tell powerful patient stories while working alongside some of the most respected facial plastic surgeons in New York City.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of patient journeys, procedures, treatments, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Develop creative content ideas that showcase our expertise, patient results, and practice culture
- Conduct patient interviews and coordinate video testimonials
- Write compelling captions, reels, stories, and educational content
- Stay on top of social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and staff to execute marketing initiatives
- Organize and maintain content libraries, before-and-after photos, and social media calendars
- Attend occasional patient events, photoshoots, and marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional content creation, photography, videography, and editing skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and emerging social media trends
- Creative thinker with a strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a "make it happen" attitude
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable interacting with patients and creating authentic, engaging content
- Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, luxury brands, or plastic surgery is strongly preferred
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing platforms
- Prior social media or content creation experience required
