About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers, guiding them through our products and services and helping them find the right solution for their needs. You'll build relationships, generate and follow up on leads, and work toward daily and weekly sales goals in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Connect with customers by phone or in person to understand their needs.
- Present our products and services clearly and persuasively.

- Follow up consistently with leads to move them toward a decision.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Lead Management & Administrative Support
- Accurately track leads, calls, and customer interactions in our CRM.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date customer records.
- Perform basic data entry and documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with team members and management to ensure smooth handoffs.
Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding, personalized service throughout every interaction.
- Build genuine rapport and trust with each customer.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions.
- Ensure every customer walks away with a positive impression of our company.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues and management to hit team sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
- Share ideas and strategies to improve team performance.
- Assist with additional sales-support tasks as assigned.
