Entry-Level & Developing Tradespeople
- Starting wage of $30.39 per hour
- Total compensation package of $51.31 per hour, including:

Experienced & Journeyman-Level Professionals
- Earn up to $46.75 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revit design / Fabrication Draftsman to join our growing team. In this role, you will create detailed models and fabrication drawings that support the design, coordination, and installation of HVAC systems on a variety of commercial and industrial projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and construction documentation, along with a strong understanding of drafting principles and mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate models and fabrication drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other CAD platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field personnel to interpret mechanical designs, schematics, and construction documents.
- Utilize Navisworks and other coordination software to support project visualization and clash detection.
- Generate detailed 2D and 3D drawings for fabrication and installation.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare construction documentation, including layouts, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical input regarding fabrication and installation processes.
- Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, project specifications, and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD in a MEP, or construction-related environment.
- Strong drafting skills, including technical drawings, schematics, and 2D/3D modeling.
- Familiarity with CAD/Revit standards, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Ability to accurately interpret mechanical schematics and construction documents.
- Experience with Navisworks or similar 3D coordination software preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in mechanical design, fabrication, or construction documentation is preferred but not required.
