Compensation: $40-75 per completed patient visit based on experience and qualifications
Nicole Reynolds, MS, OTR/L is seeking a motivated, energetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a growing mobile outpatient occupational therapy practice serving adults throughout Palm Beach County.
This position focuses primarily on neurological rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease, stroke recovery, fall prevention, balance, functional mobility, ADLs, IADLs, and wellness-based interventions for older adults. Experience with neurological rehabilitation is preferred but not required. Training and mentorship are available for the right candidate.

- Adaptable, confident, and able to establish rapport quickly with patients and families
Qualifications:
- Current Florida COTA license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Palm Beach County
- Strong clinical reasoning and professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Parkinson’s disease, stroke, neurological rehabilitation, geriatrics, or outpatient therapy
- Medicare Part B experience
- Home health or mobile therapy experience
