Your Impact
As a School Psychologist, you’ll be a key advocate for students’ academic and emotional success. Your work will directly shape how students are supported across classrooms and programs. You will:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and clearly communicate findings

Partner with educators and families to design and implement meaningful interventions

Contribute to the development of IEPs, 504 Plans, and behavioral support plans

Provide short-term counseling and crisis response support
-
Analyze data to guide decision-making and improve student outcomes

Lead or support initiatives focused on mental health awareness and prevention
Qualifications

Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology

Valid Delaware certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills
