Job Summary
Nationwide Disaster Restoration is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Production Manager to oversee our day-to-day restoration operations.
This is a key leadership position responsible for making sure our water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects move efficiently from initial assignment through completion. The Production Manager will oversee field technicians, scheduling, job progress, equipment, documentation, quality control, and communication between the field and office.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of production, lead a team, solve problems quickly, and keep multiple active jobs moving at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily field operations and active restoration projects
- Schedule technicians, crews, equipment, and job-site visits
- Review new jobs and determine staffing, equipment, and production needs
- Dispatch and provide direction to field technicians
- Monitor job progress, drying plans, equipment placement, and project timelines
- Ensure water mitigation and remediation work follows company procedures and applicable IICRC standards
- Review field documentation, photos, moisture readings, notes, and job files for completeness
- Maintain communication with customers regarding scheduling and job progress
- Coordinate with office staff, estimators, project managers, adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors when necessary
- Perform job-site inspections and quality-control checks
- Ensure technicians maintain clean, professional, and organized job sites
- Manage company equipment and help ensure equipment is properly tracked, maintained, and returned
- Identify production delays or job-site problems and develop solutions
- Ensure crews follow company safety procedures and use proper PPE
- Coach, train, and hold field employees accountable for performance
- Help improve production procedures, efficiency, customer experience, and profitability
- Participate in emergency and after-hours response when necessary
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, construction, or a related field
- Previous experience supervising technicians or field crews
- Strong understanding of restoration job-site operations
- IICRC certifications are strongly preferred
- Knowledge of water mitigation and structural drying practices
- Experience with restoration documentation and job-management software is a plus
- Strong scheduling and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and crews simultaneously
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable holding employees accountable and enforcing company standards
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to respond to emergency situations when required

Pay: $63,200.77 - $81,768.67 per year
