The Project Manager - Government Interiors - DC will:

Manage commercial interior construction projects valued between $1M and $2M from preconstruction through closeout.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and client communications to ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Lead site meetings, manage project documentation, and proactively resolve construction challenges.

Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and project support staff to execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications throughout construction.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of customer service.

Work from a client site in Washington, DC with an early schedule of 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
