Job Summar
Immediate hire for Experienced PARALEGAL or LAWYER. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including Civil, Tenat's Rights, Labor, Appellate, Motions Practice, Preparing Pleadings and more. This role requires excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The Paralegal will draft pleadings, motions, answers to motions, interrogatories and some appeals.
Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.
Experience
- Proven paralegal experience or relevant legal administrative experience is required.
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail for drafting legal documents accurately.
