Chef
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow recipes, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Work closely with the culinary team during high-volume service
- Help with prep, inventory, and maintaining kitchen standards
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has kitchen experience (Asian cuisine or sushi experience is a plus but not required)
- Works well under pressure
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Takes pride in presentation and quality
- Is dependable and punctual
Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Keep dish area and kitchen clean and organized
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties
- Support the kitchen team wherever needed
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and hardworking
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Has a team-first attitude
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
