Job Description:
The Waters Allstate Agency is looking for an insurance sales agent to join our award-winning team in Millbrook, AL as a full-time Insurance Sales Agent. Do you like to be rewarded based on your performance instead of everyone's actions? If “YES” then apply NOW!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Monday - Friday from 9AM to 6PM - NO WEEKENDS
- Compensation ranges from $40,000 - $80,000/year (Base salary + Commissions + Bonus)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Meeting new business production goals
- Generate sales by connecting with referrals from your personal network, reaching out to former customers to earn back their business, and conducting policy reviews that uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with Realtors, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers
- Most people don't know how much insurance they need. We'll train you to educate customers and help them choose the right coverage to protect what matters most.

EXPERIENCE & LICENSING:
- NO insurance or sales experience required.
- Don't Have an Insurance License Yet? We've Got You Covered! We pay for your licensing training to help you earn your insurance license.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
