Role Overview
We’re looking for a Mid‑Level Technician who thrives in a fast‑moving, tech‑forward environment and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. You’ll be responsible for installing, testing, and troubleshooting network cabling and infrastructure across commercial sites throughout Texas.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering work that stands up to scrutiny. You’ll work alongside a youthful, friendly, and professional team that values guidance, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Install, terminate, and test network cabling (fiber and copper) across commercial environments
- Read and interpret floor plans, riser diagrams, and installation specifications
- Ensure all work meets Adroit TeleTech’s quality standards and industry best practices
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and verify infrastructure performance
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and uphold safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and teammates
- Represent Adroit TeleTech’s culture of precision, professionalism, and reliability
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in network cabling, low‑voltage installation, or related technical field
- Strong understanding of fiber and copper cabling standards
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Comfort working in ceilings, risers, MDF/IDF rooms, and active construction environments
- A problem‑solver’s mindset with the grit to push through challenges
- Professional communication skills and a friendly, team‑oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across Texas
