Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions
- Replenish food and beverage stations promptly to ensure a fresh and inviting presentation
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Assist with food handling, serving, and clearing tables efficiently to support smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure guest satisfaction during breakfast hours
Experience
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong background in customer service, with the ability to engage guests professionally and positively
- Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or banquet settings is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience demonstrates your ability to thrive in dynamic settings
- Dietary aide or food industry experience enhances your understanding of special dietary needs and food allergies
