About the Position
Morning and Afternoon Adventures is seeking dependable, compassionate, and caring Home Health Care Aides to join our growing home health care program serving clients throughout Monongalia County.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing support in the comfort of their own homes.
Job Responsibilities
Home Health Care Aides may be responsible for, but are not limited to:
- Assisting clients with daily needs and activities in their homes
- Providing compassionate care, companionship, and support
- Assisting clients with maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Running errands on behalf of clients
- Transporting clients to and from doctor appointments and other necessary appointments
- Providing reliable and respectful care based on each client's individual needs
- Completing other duties as assigned to support the health and well-being of clients
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Available hours: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Additional scheduling details will be discussed during the interview
Qualifications
- Must be dependable, responsible, and compassionate
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass required federal and state background checks
- Previous home health care or caregiving experience is preferred
- Experience is not required—we are willing to train the right candidate
- Must have a genuine desire to help and support others
