Position Summary
We are seeking a medical assistant of LPN for an internal medicine primary care practice in South Burlington. Providers include three physicians and three nurse practitioners. The candidate would work alongside one other medical assistant as well as an RN. The hours are 7:45AM until 4:45PM with a one hour lunch break, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility.
The job consists of facilitating patient care activities and patient flow in a wide variety of activities including pre-visit planning, documentation in the electronic medical record, rooming of patients, phlebotomy (can be trained), EKG's, and vaccinations. We offer health insurance for full time employees, 8 paid holidays, vacation and sick time.
Experience is preferred but training is available for a motivated candidate.
Minimum Requirements
Medical Assistant or healthcare experience is preferred
