About the Role
We are seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide critical care and medical-surgical support in an extended recovery hospital setting. You'll play a vital role in helping medically complex and critically ill patients recover.
What You'll Do:
✔ Assess, plan, and provide direct patient care
✔ Develop and coordinate care plans with patients, families, and the healthcare team
✔ Communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians and supervisors
✔ Participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions for patients
Job Details:
Pay: $55 per hour +
Overtime & Bonuses

Potential Weekly Pay Earnings (Base Rate: $55/hr)
3 shifts (36 hrs/week): $1,980
4 shifts (48 hrs/week, includes 8 hrs OT @ 1.5x):
- Base Pay (40 hrs @ $55): $2,200
- Overtime Pay (8 hrs @ $82.50): $660
- Total Weekly Pay: $2,860
5 shifts (60 hrs/week, includes 20 hrs OT @ 1.5x):
- Base Pay (40 hrs @ $55): $2,200
- Overtime Pay (20 hrs @ $82.50): $1,650
- Total Weekly Pay: $3,850
This facility regularly offers overtime and additional bonuses for picking up extra shifts!!
