Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating merchandise or services that suit their needs
- Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and managing cash management procedures
- Support retail sales initiatives by promoting products, services, and financial offerings such as retail lending or banking options
- Maintain accurate data entry for customer information, sales records, and transaction logs using financial software and retail systems
- Handle retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and cash handling with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with loan collections, loan processing, and related financial transactions to ensure timely payments and account accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or retail store environments is highly preferred
- Basic math skills including cash handling, retail math, and 10 key typing proficiency
- Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain confidentiality of customer information

- Overnight shift (10pm to 6am or 10pm to 7am)
- Evening Shift (5pm to 10pm)
- Morning Shift (6am to 12pm) Weekends only
