About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, relationship-focused business development professional to help expand our work with schools and nonprofits.
This is not a high-pressure sales role.
The ideal candidate can build relationships, identify opportunities, think strategically about growth, and help organizations connect with the right services and supports.

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in education and nonprofit sectors
- Build relationships with school and nonprofit leaders
- Conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients
- Help develop outreach and partnership strategies
- Collaborate on proposals and partnership conversations
- Help position consulting, training, and speaking services for different audiences
- Maintain communication and follow-up through CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for recurring partnerships and long-term growth
Qualifications
Preferred experience in one or more of the following:
- Business development
- Consulting sales
- Education leadership
- Nonprofit leadership
- Partnerships or sponsorships
- Professional learning or training sales
- Strategic consulting

Compensation
- 20% commission on closed business
- $50.00 per hour for training and staff meetings
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Additional incentives for recurring contracts and strategic partnerships
