Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Experienced Workday Functional Consultant supporting L2/L3 production support and agile enhancements across HCM modules. Focus on system stability, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support: incident triage, root cause analysis, issue resolution
- Deliver enhancements: configure business processes, security, validations, calculated fields
- Support Workday modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation
- Manage releases: impact analysis, regression testing, UAT support
- Support integrations & data validation with technical teams
- Build reports/dashboards ensuring data integrity and access control
- Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors; drive issue resolution and improvements
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance compliance
Required Skills
- 5–8 years Workday functional experience
- Strong AMS (support + enhancement) experience
- Expertise in 2–3 modules (Core HCM, Benefits etc.)
- Experience in BP configuration, security, reporting
- Knowledge of incident/problem/change management
Preferred
- Exposure to integrations (EIB, Core Connectors)
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Experience in global deployments

Salary Range: $94,000 - $140,000 a year
