Schedule
- Four-day work week!
- 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM shifts
- One-hour lunch break included
Compensation
- Lead Teachers: $40,000 – $48,000 per year; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.
- Co-Lead Teachers: $18 - $21 per hour; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

What You'll Be Doing
Teachers play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration
- Maintaining active supervision of children at all times
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assisting with diapering and toileting as needed
- Collaborating with other teachers to support classroom activities
- Helping ensure a safe and positive school environment
What We're Looking For
- Lead Teachers: Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field OR a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification
- Lead Teachers: At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed Early Childhood Education program
- Co-Lead Teachers: Must be in pursuit of Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree (50% of the program completed)
- Co-Lead Teachers: At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed Early Childhood Education program
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children
- Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs
- Must pass required background checks
